Shipping policy

Complimentary shipping on orders of $85 or more within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $85 ship for a flat $9.95.

Processing time
I hand-pour and hand-pack every candle in my New Jersey studio. Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery
We ship with USPS. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Larger orders may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

• Contiguous U.S.: $9.95, or complimentary on orders of $85+
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: $24.95 flat

Arrived damaged?
I pack every candle with care, but glass can occasionally break in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@casaferado.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the candle and the box, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your order, please check with neighbors and around your building first. Still missing? Reach out within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we’ll help you sort it out with USPS.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us right away at hello@casaferado.com
Once an order has shipped, we can’t change its address.
